We have enjoyed working with Marcy for several years. My family of 7 has traveled to Africa, China, and Australia using Black Pearl Services. Everyone of these vacations have been exceptional!! The accomodations and excursions that have been planned for us were a dream come true!! My children will continually reflect back on these trips as amazing 'trips of a lifetime.' We will continue to use Marcy for all of our travels throughout the world! I truly can depend on my expectations being over exceeded!!

We just returned from our cruise last night. Well, you did it again! Everything you touched (planned for us) in our behalf was amazing. You even planned perfect weather. The gift in our room from you and the Black Pearl Luxury Services was greatly appreciated. I told you that you were a princess. I have now been to Europe for three weeks and I know what a princess is and yes, you still qualify. Sonja and I just wanted to say THANK YOU for making our vacation so special. You have done yourself proud!

We have gone on many fabulous trips with Black Pearl Luxury Services. Marcy Johnson has been the key to the success of ALL our trips. I always know that every detail will be handled, ane don't have to worry about a thing. She put together a fabulous Africa trip, that was one of our best. We travel extensively, and I would not trust anyone to plan our trips but Marcy. I hope she never retires. She is not only the best travel agent we have ever had, she is also a friend after all these years and many, many trips later.

I just want to say Kathy Hirst is an amazing travel agent. I have always planned my own trips and this time we used Kathy after being referred to her by a friend. Our trip to Italy was fabulous!!! Kathy's travel knowledge is so valuable. The hotels, transportation, and tour guides were wonderful. Even when my mother in laws bag was stolen the travel insurance Kathy set us up with made the bad situation not so bad. Our travel party of 11 was truly impressed with how well she organize our 2 weeks in Italy. Kathy is top notch.
